Conditions of Use
After you receive the draft of your new resume, you are entitled to contact Resume Service, Inc. within 60 days to make any necessary revisions if you feel your resume is not satisfactory. You acknowledge that the advice and expertise of a professional resume writer may be offered during instances of certain resume modification requests in addition to the services provided. If you choose not to accept the advice of your writer, you may request specific revisions to the content of the document(s). Additional fees may apply if editing services or updates are requested after the 60-day unlimited editing time frame. It is assumed that overall satisfaction in our resume writing service is based on actual results/interviews you may obtain by using your new resume. Therefore, if you do not receive any interview offers within 60 days, we will issue a 25% refund and provide another set of revisions if necessary to ensure satisfaction. Because our services are rendered in digital format and can not be physically returned, we do not offer full refunds. Normal turnaround time for the initial resume draft is 24 to 48 hours from the date of your receipt. However, based on the difference in size of each individual project, we can not guarantee a specific time of completion.
